Hi,
So I was unable to keep a TOL'd Sero line on my brand new EPRP account--they changed the sero premium line into an everything plus line. However, Sprint agreed to TOL the line back to the original owner and make it a Sero line again.

Every time one said I did not have a SERO account, I hung up and called again....
From BB, they said they could not access my Sero account and therefore I could not order the phone SERO numbers & talked to various reps.

So for kicks I logged into my Sprint account to look at the new lte devices and noticed this message.
"If you want this device, you'll need to change your plan."
This message does not show on Android devices and I am on Sero Premium. Has anyone heard ...

If you're still hanging on to an old device, the rules have changed in the last year or so for new smartphones on Sero at this.
Are you on Sero Premium already? If not, you'll probably have to change plans.

When a number port out to another carrier it automatically cancels the account.
If you transfer your current number to t-mobile then your sprint account will be closed,But to keep with sprint.
