Not particularly.
Sandwiches, in general, are pretty healthy as long as you don't eat bacon, peanut butter butter on each.

Healthy foods to eat at Subway? i work at subway and get a free meal so i want to know whats something healthy i can eat other than salad there. any suggestions? dont really wanna bring my own stuff in

You work there and you don't know whats healthy?? lol they have a part on their menu that has is nothing healty to get at Subway, unless you are content with lettuce on dry bread.

I would have said Subway but you said you had it two days ago.
If you must get fast food, go to subway and look offOf those choices I say KFC.
None of those choices sound good or healthy.

It's never depends on you.
Sometimes when I want a change or a more substantial meal I go subway my favorite is wheat bread with american cheese, mayo, salt and pepper, and lettuce.
Is healthy and fresh and yummy.

I haven't got a dedicated Subway team, so I decided to just go for it with some pokes that I've for STABs, Energy Ball for opposing Water types, and Recover to keep him healthy.

For some reason I go most of my days and dont eat too much and am fine. The days I go to Subway though I am usually starving after about an hour of eating there. Anyone else feel this way? Anyone have a guess or scientific conclusions to this phenomenon...

When I look at my diary the day I had subway was one of the days I ate the most.
I feel hungry too , plus it has so much sodium .
It is at Subway you are eating, the majority of it is garbage.
