I made this for dinner last night along with her skinny buttermilk mashed potatoes. It was DELICIOUS! One piece was plenty for me and I brought some for lunch today too. My husband ate THREE pieces so he must have liked it. Just wanted to share.

Does anyone have a good recipe for salsbury steak? It cannot have lipton onion soup mix,my husband doesn't like it and I don't like mushrooms. All the recipes on allrecipes have one or the other.

Make popcorn and put your oils on that, then doctor it up with spices you like -- ranch dressing, garlic powder and parmasean cheese, cayenne pepper, ect... .
You need another dairy (at least, if you need 3 servings, you need 2 dairies) and both your oils .
