I entered my pin wrong 3 times. Then the puk code i got off the website didnt work. After a few tries of typing the same puk the message changed to Phone lock.
So i got onto the O2 support phone line. I was told to post my phone away with my problem on...

When I bought my Samsung Tocco I was given a cd with it. I have recently got a new computer with Windows 7.
It does not recognize phone, but will on my laptop which runs on Windows XP.

My touch screen has frozen! I received a txt msg & went to open it, but the touch screen is not allowing anything.
It was working fine up until then. I switched phone off, took out battery, sim & memory card & switched back on its not even allowing me...

My sim is working fine in another phone.
Have you tried your sim in another phone? How long have you the phone? If it is within 12 months you will still be under guarantee and can bring this to an O2 store to get this looked at.. .

Hi, hope someone can help, my sons as forgotten is phone lock password so cant get into phone, is there a master reset for these phones, it is a model Gt-S5230
He actually said he as never put a lock on phone, but the battery went completly flat so charged...
