45 days yo go I really like the Sandos Playacar as every room has an oceanview and I love from where all the action is, the....
I stayed in the Playacar so.
My last trip to Sandos was in October of last year (6th time).

Yet another review has been posted regarding theft from rooms at the Sandos Playacar. We are visiting in July and are concerned about the amount of reviews mentioning theft from safes/ rooms. Most seem to be carried out without any damage whatsoever to...

Also the brands 95% of the hotels use are not logged or loggable... .
Usually all are left at the default too and certain crafty staff will change the default to a code they only know .
I know for a fact that ALL hotel safes can be gotten into via a mastercode .

All I can say is if you have booked to stay at Sandos you're having fun Ash7p--- Do you like it better than OGX? I thought the food was better at Sandos.
As to the upgrade, yes I did ask weeks before we came here .

Staying @ Sandos (Riu last Christmas) - some Adult Only resorts allow 16+ in adult only areas - I am reading this that Sandos Adult Only now is 21+ My daughter will likely come with us at Christmas.

I would like to be able to walk to the shopping/5th Avenue from my hotel. Would an all-inclusive in the Playacar area be the closest? About how long of a walk would it be? I’m looking at Google Maps but having never been to Playa del Carmen it’s not quite...

There are a couple good AI rightDepends which resort you choose...if its the first one the Reef Playacar its maybe 10-15 minutes of town on the sea still as well.
And if its Sandos Playacar the last one could be 30-40 minutes.
