You have always had the right to use TV antennas and satellite dishes, on your-specific restrictions on satellite TV service by the HOA.

No, not you lot (the Sky user and/or Freesat) but 'real' satellite TV people - those that have a steerable dish, access multiple satellites etc.
Reason I ask is that I'm giving up the Sky package we have (£50+ per month for sh1te with a few notable exceptions...
