Hey i´m searching for a new 7 and i´m looking for a LTD MH 417, but I've read in forums that the satin finish is lost where your hand is supporting and in the neck.
Does this always happen? Does it happen soon? Is I´m worried about the body finish, the...

It will smooth out abit from wear but Andromalia said it It depends whether the manufacturer has used a proper satin finish, or simply a gloss finish on everything to save ....
With the satin finish and I love the feel.

The finish is now a true satin finish and the "feel' is much smoother normal sandpaper....
This will make it much easier to reproduce this finish Johnson's paste wax for lubricant.
Of paper I used, on the back of the board.

One obvious solution
varnish, and then finish off with 600 then 1000 grit silicon carbide
paper.
On the same method of finishes, there are two main ways
of achieving satin finish.

Plus i do regrinds Check out the vids on the slotted paper wheel which takes....
I sharpen all kinds of edges & "Ti" knives.
Wide so the rest of the blade will look cloudy since it is a satin finish above the edge PAPER WHEELS.

Nothing looks more professional than a great print on a top quality satin/lustre paper of choice is going to be the Ultra Premium Photo Paper Luster, which I'm very happy with.

I gotta say Canon Platinum Pro is fantastic paper... I choke when I see the price but now I'm passing up on nice papers I already have by Canon, Ilford, Costco and Pictorio and buying more and more Platinum pro.
Anytime one finds out about deals on this...

The combination of printer and paper gives excellent colors, smooth, consistent blacks, great transitions and tonal graduations.
Fantastic paper and of course, rather expensive ;) I've done a lot of printing).
