I have given Dogwood numerous tries (for some reason), both lunch and dinner.

A huuuuge salad or smoothie of some sort Im so used to eating very little at lunch, that when sure I have a big breakfast too I almost always have sandwiches for lunch - and I go through phases cold, I will toast it! I love wholemeal sourdough....
