How to get into a Graduate Program in Physics with a degree in Economics?
I am in a similar boat, but I am coming from Engineering and not Economics. What I have been told, this is in Canada btw, is that as long as a professor will sponsor you, you can get into any graduate program. What I am going to do, since I am in third year, is take physics courses up the ying yang, and hope to gain a professors respect, enough to maybe take me in. I suggest maybe going and doing a year in undergrad and trying to network. It might not be what you wanted to hear, but I think its your best bet if you run out of ideas.

Who has actually studied economics?
I studied economics the hard way I got a job when I was 14 years old. Whats the point of this that somebody cannot debate economics without some kind of collage schooling, I would rather listen to a 65 year old farmer tell me about economics standing in a corn field then listen to some professor who thinks he knows about economics because he read it in a book.

Does Vicky portray international economics well?
Thanks, hopefully with VIC 2 international economics could be better simulated in the game. Guess perhaps I'll do more research on the game to see if it's worth all effort to "relearn" the game.

What should I read to understand Objectivist Economics?
I've been told that Jean-Baptiste Say's "A Treatise on Political Economy" is the best work on economics for Objectivists. Is this true, and how does it compare to "Human Action" by Ludwig von Mises?

When did trickle down economics become Democratic policy?
I'm ashamed that Scoop Jackson was from my state. Especially since some of those PNAC shitheads worked for him.
