So what are the anti-vaccination people saying now that their evidence has turned to fraudulent poo?
Not to step on anyone's points here, but with or without Wakefield's study, it was relatively easy to get a good idea of vaccination by doing a little research before he was completely discredited. All the good knowledge available was simply ignored by people with an agenda, and it appears they are continuing to do so.

How much was your Hospital Bill?
I stayed for 3 days a while back for monitoring and the bill was almost 10k. Remember that you'll have the hospital bill, the anesthesiologist bill, and the dr's bill for delivery. Perhaps you can try to work with a midwife instead as they can be much cheaper?

Most hospitals will have a list of what you need to bring to the hospital for labor and your hospital stay but maybe we can generate a list of things people found the most useful. Also what were some things on the list or that you packed and you just didn't need?

Hospital Tours - a waste of time?
Hey, I'm new to the board, but I'll give you the advice that was given to me! We were finishing up a clinical rotation in OB a couple weeks ago, at the hospital where I'll be delivering. I casually mentioned to my instructor that I wouldn't really need a tour anymore, and she pointed out that it wasn't me that would be trying to find my way around the hospital - I'll be wheeled everywhere they take me - it's my husband! So if your husband remembers where everything is, it probably isn't super important to take the tour.
