If it were up to you, what game developer(besides Bungie/343) would you trust to make Halo games?
Id go with Bethesda.

With medium trust you quickly....
I've beat my head against the wall on this one for a few years .
If you have your own server you shouldn't worry about it and set it to full trust.
Partial trust is there for hosting companies to use.
