As per video (1:07) they mean.

I just picked up my passport from VFS London today evening, I applied for a schengen visa to the Netherlands, and it seems some moron from the Visa office pasted someone else's schengen visa on my passport.

Received the passport , the old Schengen visa is stamped "cancelled without prejudice", and a new Schengen Visa was given (obviously the correct one this time).

Has anyone had any recent experience applying for a Schengen Visa from the Italian Embassy?
I thought it would be straightforward enough like Belgium, France etc.
But their website says 2 months processing time!
