I am the mother of a 2 y/o daughter who is HOH, we are considering relocating to NC or SC and I'm wondering about the schools in Morganton, NC or Spartansburg, SC. I have been to both school websites but I'm looking for info/ opinions from other parents...

I haven't heard about NC State, but I suspect that Duke and NC are tied at the hip, thus preventing a breakup of the two schools.
