I've recently found a Schwan's catalog and was interested in seeing if anyone ordered any low carb items from there?
Any suggestions for my first order?

I don't purchase premade....
That don't have too high of a carb count....I'm guessing basically the frozen vegetables and naked meats it for a fish that isnt well fishy tasting!!!
I used to get the frozen snap peas too but they d/c from them.

Don't have to eat breakfast food for breakfast! Just eat what you have...a good protein, decent carbs carry these frozen veggie omlets that you can throw in your purse to heat up at work.

I just checked the Banquet Foods site and they don't list) always has it with the other Stouffers frozen food.

This is my 3rd week on my fitness pal and I lost 5 lbs, but this past week was the time of the month. Although my actual weigh in wasn't til tomorrow I weighed my self the morning and saw I gained it all back. =( very depressing. So I need help eating...

You can also buy the frozen veggies that you steam in the bag that are around a dollar a bag.

I saw Sea Pak Salmon Burgers on Dr. Oz today. Has anyone tried them? I would like to, but I am afraid that, like everything else, it will be expensive. I HATE that it costs so much more to eat healthy!!!
