Quark Can anyone recommend a science podcast? I like NPR's Science Friday( http://www.sciencefr...om/feeds/radio/ ) but it's 90 minutes per week, and I need more. Also, does anyone know if there's a way to find older science friday podcasts?

Over the course of my observations of science-minded people and actual scientists over the years, I have noticed an extreme level of belligerency towards the realm of science fiction, as well as a large bias against it, especially so among actual scientists...

Of course noticed scientists being belligerent towards science fiction in general.
Some well known SF authors are scientists, too.
In science because they read SF when younger.
Can we have a science teachers forum? There are lots of labs, activities, and such that we could share, questions to answer, and I think that a forum specifically for science stuff would be beneficial.

I have taught science for 20 years and am learning sooo much along with them.
This is a wonderful science program that the kids can do alone or with you to guide them and they still learn tons.
Where to find forums on cutting edge science and engineering? I'm trying to find a forum where I can communicate (for free) with professional scientists and engineers. At the university level and above.
