I am being asked to either screen print or heat apply vinyl of a logo onto graduation caps. I am just curious if anyone has ever did this and if they have any tips on this, I wouldn't want to mess up on any of the caps.

Yeah, I have been looking into it and the material is really thin .

I run Windows 7 on my dell laptop and I was wondering how to turn on the on screen notifications for the caps and num lock. Also for the volume control, brightness and other such things. I had them on before, but for some reason, they're not on anymore...

In a Silverlight application's log in screen, i need to determine if Caps Lock is toggled. This is easy enough by handling the KeyUp or KeyDown event, however how does one determine if it is toggled on or off even if a key hasn't been pressed?

If the KeyValue is (for example) 'A' but the Shift is false then the CAPS.
The way to detect CAPS LOCKS is to check the KeyValue and the Shift of KeyEventArgs.
I haven't done that, but it's a hunch.
