If you want to also capture menus, the best bet is just do a PrtSc (Print Screen button on keyboard is a free, extremely capable screen capture program, and I recommend it.

How do you capture graphics from a program running in a full-screen cmd console?
The Print Screen button does't work, nor does Alt-Print Screen.
I have tried to set the display options on the window to not run full-screen, but it seems to have no effect...

Do the capture from the Host computer? If that doesn't work there are a few TSR programs still floating around that will run in the background of Dos and do the capture when a hot key is pressed are in full screen/ real mode.

Is there some utility or Service that will allow me to screen capture from a window or rubber band directly into Keynote without first storing the document in a file ?

How does http://www.screentoaster.com capture a computer screen from a browser using Java Applet? Any suggestion or a lead in how to accomplish this? Is there other way to do using using different technology such as Flash?
