Hi there can someone just confirm the exact size of the remainder of the iphone screen with a status bar and nav bar shown. i'm just trying to make a template to work off so i know how much room i have to play with.

I have an app that has a tab bar & nav bar for normal interaction. One of my screens is a large portion of text, so I allow the user to tap to go full screen (sort of like Photos.app).
The nav bar & tab bar are hidden, and I set the the text view's frame...

If this is not good from a user experience standpoint, you might try making the nav/tabbars transparent after of the screen....
When it gets pushed to the nav controller, this should hide the tab bar and make.
Or initWithCoder: method.

A quick question about the pro nav display. I know how to change it to night view in the settings but when I do this it doesn\'t automatically change to day light screen when required. Does anyone know if you can set the system it to change display settings...

The S3 I am looking to buy has the factory fitted Sat Nav and I was just wondering if the standard ipod control means you can control and scroll through your music and playlists on the Sat Nav screen with the ipod/iphone plugged in.
