My mile and a half run currently is at 10:40. I need to run it in 10:10 or less. I have approximatley 1 week to reduce my time this much. Anybody have a recommended routine for the coming week? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's almost impossible to cut 30 seconds from a 10:40 1.5 mile by unireed
There's a big difference between a 22 minute 2 mile and a 10:40 1.5 mile.

This is my first attempt at making a proper drag tune. This tune wont be the fastest RX-7 for the 1/4 mile as seen in this thread others have posted faster times with their own tunes. But its a good base to start from I think. especialy if your new to...
