You could buy frozen yorkshire puddings in the shops before xmas and just throw them in the oven for 4 minutes. My ds absolutely loves them (as does dh who is from the uk).
Only problem is, the stores no longer stock them and I've run out of frozen pkts...

When doing chicken I cut a slight....
This marinade is great on pork, ribs, steak whatever...
For meat I used bone in chicken thighs.
I don't know how else to describe.
It should run off your fingers slowly.
I use my hand to test consistency.
Mix together.
