FWIW, Secunia PSI detects the firefox.exe in the Avant folder as being "End of Life" since it's version 11 and version 12 is the current released version. I'm guessing that all patch-management software is going to do the same thing, so it seems as though...

Like several of the respondents in the Windows Secrets Forums thread, I use PSI 2 merely to scan my PC from time that it's not possible to turn....
The official release is PSI 2.
Secunia PSI 3 is still in beta; I haven't tried it.

Starting about a week ago, the PSI 3 Beta icon has shown in red in the Win 7/64 Notification Area (sys tray) after every reboot, even though everything it's looking at is up to date. Hard to think of what it might be. By any chance is there any setting...

" Secunia Personal Software Inspector 3.0.0.005 Beta / 2.0.0.4003." It ran but it WOULD NOT connect to the Internet. So no inspection was performed...
