NOTTINGHAM; Catered or Self-Catered?
I'm starting (if all goes well) Nottingham university in September, but I need to get on it with my accommodation quickly! It opened up a few days ago, but I just have no clue whether to go catered of self-catered...

I'm at BGP but I know a lot of people in other halls and miss - you get large portions and sometimes the stuff is good, other times not.

Im looking (hopefully! :D ) to read Geography at Oxford, but one of the main decisions involved in picking a College is if it is at all feasible to go totally self catered, and at which colleges this is possible

The beach is lovely, and the water's clear.
The food at Carlisle is really excellent - actually better than any of the other luxury resorts I can think of with the possible exception of Jumby Bay .

There are the two main areas....
I have stayed in a self-contained villa at Kingfisher Bay Resort http://www.kingfisherbay.com/, which might be good to the north.
To Fraser so I can't offer too many suggestions on self-contained accommodation.
