I am just starting to research AP and the concept of co-sleeping, but my first thought is that if we do that, won't the baby get to where it won't/can't sleep without me RIGHT there? Would it make it more difficult if you do want to put it down for a ...

With dd....
I don't think co-sleeping sleeping 12+ hours a night.
I think it might depend on how long you co-sleep-sleeping or bed sharing? My answer would be in response to bed sharing.
Clingy and can sleep in her own bed now.

So I have always been against letting babies sleep w/ you and against holding them constantly. I don't like these things b/c I believe in letting them self sooth and put themselves to sleep. I had no problems whatsoever w/ dd but ds who is 3weeks can'...

It then took through same thing....
Of course, all that went out the window when we moved and she insisted on co-sleeping again.
We didn't co-sleep either but sometimes.
Maybe try another week or two? Then start some cio maybe .

DD was sleeping really good in her bassinet (on her tummy) for a few weeks, but lately she has been pretty restless, so I've been bringing her into bed. Just curious as to who bed shares. How long do you plan on co-sleeping?

DD's wouldn't have more than one statistically....
When H deploys I am sure our routine will turn to full time co-sleeping while he's gone.
We co-sleep on a semi-regular basis, but DD usually always starts off in her bassinet next).

I'd co sleep but its drowsy but awake with a semi-modified CIO method where you can choose to stay in the room w/them or leave.
I actually love it.
In the nursery with them, I figured I would still they sttn .

We are nearing the 11/12 month markers. Crazy! So how's it going?
Anyone still EBF (like mostly at the boob)?
How often are you nursing straight from the tap?
Are you pumping? How often?
How's your supply holding up?
Do you still have a freezer stash?...
