They will also send your buyer an e-mail to confirm that payment has been sent -- just as they send you an e-mail details you'd like to offer.
Through Paypal they will send your buyer a notification with tracking info.

Got caught on this one with a fellow from australia who refuses to collect the item and pay the COD postage charges which we both agreed upon.
Throughout the entire sale this fellow has avoided any contact with me period, which 3 weeks later was followed...

Not many I should think as most people would never use COD for anything other than a personal parcel being sent to a friend or relative who you know is going to pay up and collect it .

You would need to keep the proof of postage in case you....
Just photocopy or fax the proof of postage if they want it.
Tracking is needed for INR only.
You need to fax or scan your proof of postage, as per the details in the reversal.

Click and Send charge $9.35 for a 3kg satchel, I cap of postage.

If postage due is a significant amount its very likely seller tried shipping media mail instead, and I will be trying to figure out why the big difference in the postage fees.
