Got caught on this one with a fellow from australia who refuses to collect the item and pay the COD postage charges which we both agreed upon.
Throughout the entire sale this fellow has avoided any contact with me period, which 3 weeks later was followed...

People would never use COD for anything other than a personal parcel being sent to a friend encountered COD has no on-line tracking so is not a good idea for commercial transactions anyway.
