Discussions about serpae tetras

Whats wrong with my serpae tetras I have 2 serpae tetras in a tank with several other fish. All the other fish interact with each other. My serpae tetras only hover in mid water and sit still in about a 45 degree angle facing downward. I have also noticed that they are getting kinda transparent... Lemon Tetras Has anyone seen any Lemon Tetras for sale in any GTA LFS lately. Ropefish grow to be over 2 feet long and they are carnivorous so your tetras will probably start probably pick on the tetras too.
