Answer Snippets (Read the full thread at stackoverflow):
This is done by determining the natural humidity of the room when it's not under control, and averaging it out.
You may also want to account for human comfort if the server room is also.
And some do both.

I've often heard of people starting up server rooms from spare computers on their own. How would one do this? Is it possible to take a normal router and a few computers and create a server? If so, how?

I feel like this is a question I've seen on here before, but some searching didn't do me any good. This looks similar, but I'm looking for stuff I leave there, not what's in my go-bag.

Right now, I've got a Brother P-touch labeler that prints four or five sizes of text on one long label. It has features such as italics and bold. It's...non-ideal.

If I had my choice the server room would be on the ground floor, simply because I don't like having to move it's negligible....
It should also not need human presence.
To my way of thinking the server room needs to be utilitarian.
