When you guys go to a restaurant, and see a 12.5% service charge, do you ever tip on top of that?
Because I'm having a 'debate' at work, and nobody tips on top of that, but I always leave another 10% or so if the service was good.

Service charges
I live in an old block of flats built in the late 1800's and there is 4 flats and two basements. Three of the flats are housing association and one is private.
With my rent a % of this is used for a service charge for the close lights...
