I told them to look at my file and they informed me that I was scheduled for service and to receive a loaner car but they were quality than I brought ....

Of course that's a blanket statement and there are good service writers but in general they try to sell you....
They try to sell you a coolant service if the first change is not due yet? I can't stand service writers to the customer.
