Enlighten me re service dogs
What would a very small Pomeranian be used as a service dog for? I was at AKL and saw a woman carrying a dog wearing a "Service Dog" vest. I asked her, and she said that the dog was indeed a service dog. I didn't say anything...

Service dogs can service dogs though they are covered under a different set of laws.
A CM and the dog was misbehaving, the correct procedure would be to alert a CM.

Okay I found out some great news. Turns out it's not as difficult or expensive to Licence her dog as a working dog. She was told before that she had to go to Arizona and take her to professional trainers, and pay alot of money.

There has been some discussion about breeding a dog to produce Service Dogs".
Seems that to many people a dog MUST be #1 a purebred in order to be a quality Service dog
Must be a dog that has been shown in AKC or CKC dog shows in order to "Ascertain" ...

dog people feel that they have to take their dogs everywhere? You don't find this mentality to dog-friendly restaurants if you don't like dogs there.

I just read a little article that now gives Alberta, Canada people with disabilities who has qualified service dogs the same legal rights to have access to all public places in that province. This is good news for Albertans as the law stated guide dogs...
