Will vary depending on the resistance in the serving line...temperature of the beer, etc...

I'm not happy with my temperature measurement for mashing. I have a digital probe, a dial thermometer and a cooking thermometer. At one point the dial read 140, the cooking 150 and the digital 160. I can't handle ±10 degrees. I think I'd be happy with...
