What Skill set should a low level programmer possess? I am an embedded SW Engineer, with less than 3 yrs of experience. I aim to "sharpen the saw" continuously. I was wondering if there was anything specific to low level programming that C/C++ coders should be proficient with. What comes to my mind is familiarity... Im getting low fps in raids, with low setting For some reason i can sit at say 60fps in sw and in a 25raid when nothing is going on but like when we get in combat it will drop cause of the effects and what not...it stays around 20-30 but when say a black phase comes it will just drop to like 2-5fps...
