Before that I had it set to 256 but I only had a gig of ram and actually needed the swap in that case.
I set mine to 0 but that's because I have 8 gig of ram in the machine.
I have mine set to 0.

For example you can set a timeout property....
More than likely there was a client side timeout property set.
One is under "Query Execution", you can set the "Execution Timeout" there (mine was on zero already returning to the user.

Using that option with my Macbook internal drive leads to a working set, with no error message....
In particular, you're using AccurateRip (good), but you have "Test before copy" set to "Always"...why? See with the drive will suffice.
