Does anyone know the answer to this question? If we were displaced on 1/19/12 and then get a job with another pharmaceutical company on 2/20/12 would we still receive our severance package? Also, would we still be paid by Takeda until 3/31/12?

If you get a job before March 31st, you still get the severance package but you drop off is yours even if You get a job the day the severance package foes into effect.good question.

This is my first lay-off. If I get another job before March 31st, do I forfeit the severance package? Does anyone know for sure... the FAQ says "you MAY still be eligible for severance if you sign the required release documents."
