Can anyone confirm that the following is true as it seems strange to me? The main sewage pipe/drain runs along the street about 3' parallel to the house. The manhole is 3' from wall of house. From the manhole at a 45° angle the pipe runs to the house....

I am fairly certain I can get the required slope in the 2" tub pipe.
The difference in elevation you will need to get proper slope for the 2" pipe Also depends what code you’re between fixtures.
