I just got a replacement part for my sewing machine cost me €43 (I can return it if it doesn't work) plugged in my machine and its still not working, there is now something else wrong with it.
Would I just be better off returning the part and getting ...

I got it at a sewing machine repair it at a sewing machine repair place for $80.
I have a super old singer that's fully metal.
Had any issues.

Go to a local sewing machine salesI agree with the above answer.
Will be a far better machine for the price than a cheap new one.

Yes, i could just take the top of the whole veneer but the machine has sides with the same veneer on the machine.
