Thanks to B-R, I did some digging on the 2001-2004 seasons and did a plus minus analysis on Kobe and Shaq to find their real impact.
Regular season On court plus/minus per 48 minutes:
Shaq: +8.50
Kobe: +5.66
Shaq/Kobe on court: +9.63
Shaq, no Kobe: +4...

Sorry to be beating a dead horse on this but I can't over emphasis how much I hate Shaq on TNT. I actually wouldn't mind suggestions on how to get him fired because he's totally screwing up the chemistry of the TNT halftime show.

Talked about the team. Said no margin for error, cannot run with teams so they have to slowmgames down and win ugly. Always frustrated with losing but will not get on management because they have tried to improve team, obviously alluding to cp3 trade....
