Anyone here drink raw milk? I can't really do dairy, but many people are telling me to try raw milk. I know it really isn't low carb, but I would really just use it for my protein shakes. And I can get a gallon for the same price as my organic coconut...

What is the rest of your diet like? What is your current training program? Whether or not your using creatine/muscle milk it's still important to calculate but the muscle milk is loaded.

It costs $3-$4 per quart vs $4/gallon....
