Apparantly, according to the media, it seems that the Australian coast line is teeming with sharks with a bloodlust for human flesh.
The media is pretty predictable whenever there is a shark attack and with the temperature finally starting to warm up ...

Banded cat sharks are actually ground.
Will agree a 72x24" is too small for any shark long term.

I recently had a hearing to set aside a possession order. The court dismissed the application with costs.
I believe the relevant legislation should have been brought to the courts attention, and it would be the land registration act, and the law of property...

Had a great time in Cabo, although the fishing (particularly for marlin) was way below what I've experienced in the past at this time of year - the water was very cold and green close to shore and even 35 miles out, not that real deep blue that marlin...
