Is Telus home phone based on IP phones like Shaw? When I had Shaw home phone installed, they had to drill a hole through the wall to install their phone box. Not too sure if I want to go through that again if they need a phone box installed elsewhere....

[BC] Help! Shaw phone removed now Enterphone doesn't work! I'm hoping someone can help me fix this problem quickly for my tenants.
History: Condo in 16 year old building with Enterphone. Enterphone always worked properly when Telus phone was installed...

Yes if you were to have a provider they would come out and fix it as a courtesy(at least Shaw....
Neither Shaw nor Telus installed the phone lines.
Phone service with any company the responsibility would lie with the building manager .
