The 2.3.1 version presets shipping zone (except "Zone Rates") to be "none" or "Florida".
Supposedly, I want to sell goods to customers in three zones, e.g. Hong Kong, China/Macau, and overseas countries, how do I set up these...

Hi, I'm new here so I hope I got the right section for my question...
I'd really appreciate advice on how to set up my shop (I only have 7 products so far) so that I can sell any product (or multiple products) at one price...

Zones are added from the Admin under Location/Taxes then Tax Zones.
Insert countries as same zone rates.

Is simpler and perfectly adequate to this task, has the advantage of shipping with 5.10 $time->datetime; # Get your local time zone offset and add it to the time.

I think he means the regional rates aren't offered through eBay's shipping calculator weight based shipping....
I just want to be ahead of the curve on any PM shipping the correct price.
Of stuff I ship is lightweight and goes FC.

However....we have more than 40 zones, 3 shipping method and we have no limitation on shipping weight then it is considered....
