Shirt And Shoes

I would go with fashionable shoes and match the colors accordingly. When I think of "dress shoes", I think of shoes you should be wearing with a suit. I also think of shoes my grandfather rolled around with. source

Primarily socks if they're comfortable otherwise bare feet. I almost never wear outside clothes at home unless I'm planning on leaving really soon. Pyjamas and a T-shirt are infinitely more comfortable and less restrictive. source

What do you guys think of wearing a brown shirt with brown belt and brown shoes? I do this with black all the time, but for some reason I think it may seem a bit strange with brown and I'm wondering if brown shirt, black belt and black shoes would be a better option? source

Thanks for the ideas guys, I have a three year old so the toddler dress might be just the ticket! If that doesn't work out I'll see about getting them converted to shortsleeved. Regards why I have so many, it's just that I hang onto em every time it happens and they've just sort of multiplied, and I'm pretty sure it's desk related, there is an ever so slight lip on the edge of it that I think over time wears it away, my right arm is usually mousing and so is laid flatter on the desk. I also noticed that one of my shoes was turning metallic looking and finally figured out I was hooking my foot around a support under the desk. source

I agree with everyone above that you shouldn't wear a tie with jeans and especially not with those stripey shirts. Seconding trying out nicer jeans - have a look at APC or Naked and Famous. source
