Shoe polish on seats
Hey just wondering if anyone has used good old shoe polish to darken up the faded / worn spots on thier leather seat?

I was at a tack shop and he only had a light color back cinch and he said taking shoe polish and polishing would fix her right up to the color I want. Anyone ever did that and did it last lol? Post images if you have them

You can ruin it.
I'd never use shoe polish or dye on my tack.
That's just asking for trouble :P Neatsfoot oil will darken tack .
Shoe polish to dye leather..
Any Order online, in my opinion.

All purpose shoe Cleaner n Polish= easy n quick in use
And its good for any colour leather shoe ? what = car leather cream ? sort eg Auto Glym Leather cream - Dont use on suede shoes Also its nice to wear sparkling clean shoes when out for a spin in ...

:D Not while at the wheel & when out for a spin - will be a lot like a grey egg nog & will need lots of brandy & cinnamon & a good stir swig it down in one swallow....might taste terrible... .

I don't bother buffing....
Clemson Johnson wax works great.
Stick to wax or one of the aerosol sprays purpose made as release agents .
It will work as a release agent, but it makes one unholy mess of the stock .
I see the reference to Pam Cooking Spray a lot .
