Alright I know riding in shorts isn't the safest thing to do, but I do it anyways (in the summer time it's way to effing cold right now).
Anyways I HATE when my shorts catch the wind and raise / ride way up on my leg. I wear below knee length shorts.....

Most board shorts I've owned dont have an interior mesh. Ive been using compression shorts underneath, but they stay wet after a set. Any recommendations to stay dry and comfortable, neoprene shorts, etc?
