Im 18 and i have a 27 day cycle. I had periods on 23rd march, 19th april and 16th may. I had sex for the first time on 15th april, that was on the 23rd day of the cycle, so im assuming it was safe. And second time on 4th may which was on the 13th day ...

Alright. I'm trying to lower my body fat. I'm at 18.8% since I last checked a couple of weeks ago and I'm working towards 15%.
Problem is that I used to be VERY regular with my periods, it was like clock work and I was several weeks late for my last period...
