In my expeience, more often works better to up the supply.  I'm about to switch from a half hour lunch at noon to 2 fifteen... minute breaks and eating while I work at the computer for the same reason.  I only work 3 6 hours days so I nurse at ... I'm SO with you!  EPer too and I also noticed a drop in supply when I returned to work.  I'm close to saying screw it too...

Apparently, there was some kind of hiccup or database server maintenance that occurred today at the web hosting company that... that resulted in 3/4 of an hour of board activity being wiped out.
