Anyone know if it is against the law t use a shotgun under supervision from freind who has f a c and shotgun ticket on our permission ? we both have permission for land he has ticket i dont yet but sending off for f a c and shotgun in the future?

there is an old Stevens 20 gauge bolt action shotgun in decent shape for $99 at my local Cabelas. Now, I have lots of other shotguns for skeet/trap/slugs/home defense, but I just can't stop thinking of that old shotgun...
