What are some of the best body weight exercises to build chest and shoulders? For chest I do the normal push up and upper chest push up. (what do you guys think about the Hindu push up?)
For shoulders I do pike push up and dive bomber. Anything else?

I was reading an issue of flex from last year and i read the et column where i saw he recommended a workout as shoulders+chest and the workout was seated front press dumbell side lateral front raise raise barbell shurg then incline barbell press incline...

Well for me i dont train shoulders and there one of my best body parts
when doing chest on monday catch up lol OP i cant personally see much benefit to training chest and shoulders on same day when im incline pressing..

Been tranning for years now and happy with my overall progress, but my chest ALWAYS seem to be the only part lagging behind. I have always had big arms and shoulders and a chap in the gym thought my be they are hindering my chest development by taking...

Do you chest first? what is your routine, are you doing shoulders/arms on the same day as chest chest/tris/shoulders routine goes like this:
DB press
DB flies
Standing military press
Cable jungle pressing movements leaving....

Actually, what would happen is that your shoulders would delts are exhausted, the exercises then has to rely on the chest.
The exercises then has to rely on the chest.

Hey guys
As the title says, I'm having trouble growing my chest mainly because I find I'm using too much of my shoulders during exercises
no matter what the exercise, db press, bench press, flies etc etc i find my shoulders bear the brunt of the workout...

I quickly discovered that my shoulders straight up weren't strong enough and was able to hit my ....
It eventually became a problem because my initial (dumb weight for my chest.
Felt in in my shoulders rather than my chest.

After a football injury I trained only one arm which resulted in a very uneven chest strength. When I bench my left arm is always weak and has a hard time
keeping up. I have tried to switch to dumbbell press but this has not helped the strength inbalance...

I am in a bit of dilemna. I got the 403 shoulders from spine today. It is a huge upgrade over lfr shoulders i was wearing. However, doing that breaks my 4 piece bonus for now.. until i get the damn head piece off blackhorn, should i stick with 4 piece...

Just 3 weeks ago I was reppin 275 x11 x8 x4 On my frist set for example. And over the last 3 weeks ive noticed a major drop off in stength mainly in shoulder pressing lifts and alot a major drop off in chest workouts im talking like 45-35 pounds and alot...

Chest and shoulders both incorporate tris so rest in between each muscle, in this case, chest and shoulders is essential.

Simple.
Military press, dumbell press and upright rows for shoulders.
Chest is on monday, shoulders on friday, both once a week, 8-12 reps.
