You should not invite anyone other than family and *very close* friends to a shower if they are not willing to travel for the shower.

Is it a lingerie themed shower? Will everyone who attends the shower also be invited to the bachelorette, or will it only be a subset of shower guests invited to the party after? Whoever comes to the shower, is....
