Strange thing, that I noticed.
In the members block when you go Administer => Members there is still english text:
in the selector I see "Everybody", "Logged in", "Administratos".
In fact, I have fully translated gallery, including core+members modules...

Here is an image. If there are cyrillic letters in predefined path - they are shown wrong. Also, if you write in russian or ukrainian in subpath textbox files also stored in directories with name in wrong encoding.
