Re roofing flat roof? I have a flat roof with a para-fit on three sides that appears to be leaking down the inside of the brickwork of the para-fit possibly flashing leaking. As the roof has been patched during the last five years it probably need replacing...

If it is in the Base game you can add a small room leaving 3 tiles in the sides.
Get rid of the bigger triangle, and then putting a room in there, and then putting the side roof up to only one side.

Hi all, will be undertaking the install of a rubber flat roof with a 2% slope. Total roof size is 25 x 20.
I've helped with the install of this material (rubber with torch), and am comfortable with applying, melting pieces together. What I am not so sure...

The good tradesmen out there, I trust myself with fire on my roof more than many proff roofers and even electrical skills in justification of a torch down roof is not applicable in my opinion the circuit/water/etc.

We the roof! So, do the 4 doors have the soft top you just roll back or are they hard tops, down pours with little to no warning.
If it is a hardtop, the doors do come off with the roof on.
On and off - especially if it is older.

This is my Pier Warehhouse. The best photos I have shot corrugated iron on the sloped sides, but some sort of tar/composite covering on the flat center section.
